Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy

- Please allow 2 days for delivery, but in most cases, we will dispatch your items next working day.

- We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery but recorded or special delivery can be arranged at the buyers expense. Please let us know if require the extra service.



- Any non-personalised items that Sea View Stickers dispatch can be returned within 7 days if you are dissatisfied but they must be returned in the condition that they were provided.

- Due to the manufacturing and design process we can not refund any personalised item produced by Sea View Stickers, unless there is a fault with the product in which Sea View Stickers are responisble.

- In this case please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to sort the problem.

Damaged Items

- In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem)  in an email to our customer support team.

- In many cases, action (in the form of reprint or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
