As a user of this website, you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make are subject to our terms and conditions below and supersede all others. Receipt of acknowledgement of an order by you, constitutes your acceptance of our conditions and that they are the only conditions that apply to the contract.

Handling and Carriage - In the event that a courier service or other delivery method is used to transport items you must sign for all items as “unchecked” unless the goods have been thoroughly examined and deemed to be acceptable. Sea View Stickers cannot be held responsible for damage by a delivery service.

Bespoke sales are final - Due to the manufacturing and design process we can not refund any personalised item produced by Sea View Stickers, unless there is a fault with the product in which Sea View Stickers are responisble.

Sea View Stickers - Withhold the right to change prices listed on company websites or literature at any time without prior notice, and serves as no part of any contract

Postage - Prices includes postage and packing within the UK.

Prices - price does not include VAT as we are not VAT registered.

Payment - Can be made by PayPal only. However this does not require the customer to have a PayPal account.

Dispatching Items - Items will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. 


Limitations on liability

We shall have no liability:

(1) for defective products and/or services where the defect has been caused or contributed to by you or where is has been caused or contributed to by any Free Issue Materials and/or masters provided by you and/or arising from any drawing, design or specification supplied by you.

(2) to you if the price for the products and/or the services has not been paid in full by the due date for payment.

(3) to you if problems with defective products are not reported to us within 5 working days from the day you received the products.

(4) to you for defective products and/or services, products not dispatched or products damaged or lost in transit unless the event is notified to us within (5 working days).

(5) for damage, loss, liability, claims, costs or expenses caused or contributed to by your continued use of defective products and/or services after a defect has become apparent or suspected or should reasonably have become apparent to you

(6) Unless you give us reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which we are liable before you incur any costs and/or expenses in remedying the matter yourself. If you do not do so we shall have no liability to you.

(7) If we have included any items in products supplied which are incorrect and/or we have failed to include any items in products supplied which should have been included then we shall have no liability for such error except to rectify the error and reimburse you for the cost of returning the defective products to us for us to rectify the error.

(8) We shall have no liability to you for any:

- Consequential losses;

- Loss of profits and/or damage to goodwill;

- Economic and/or other similar losses;

- Special damages and indirect losses; and/or

- business interruption, loss of business, contracts, opportunity and/or production.

(9) Force majeure - We will not be liable for breach of contract arising from or caused by, directly or indirectly, force majeure, war, strikes, riots and civil commotions and natural disasters.



All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months unless otherwise stated from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original invoice to:


Right to cancel as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000

If you are dealing as a consumer (i.e. as an individual who is acting outside of his or her business) you have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, or item personalised or made to your specification, for example, from artwork supplied by customers or with regard to size colour and general specification.

To cancel any item, you can e-mail, telephone, or write to us quoting your invoice number. You must take reasonable care of the items, and must not use them Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. Items may be returned to us, at the above shown address. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed couriers direct costs from the refund given.

Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition, and with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.



The design of this site and the images displayed on it is the sole property of Sea View Stickers. Any unauthorised production of the designs or the website may result in legal action.. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in compliance with the current UK & EU law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
